Site Support Projects Manager
• Responsible for the management of the Automate Tank Gauge Replacement Program and all Automation Fuels Maintenance Site Support Projects worldwide.
Automate Tank Gauge Replacement (ATG-R) Program:
• Responsibilities for 20+ major projects annually include::
o Initial planning with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Program Management to identify needs and scopes of projects
o Develop all project requirement documentation to be included in a government Request For Proposal.
o Develop cost estimate for all projects that will be used to help develop cost model for the government Request For Proposal.
o After Task Orders are awarded to contractors, work directly with contractors to ensure all project milestones are met and mitigation are developed as necessary.
o Conduct monthly meetings with contractors to discuss project milestones, status, and issues.
o Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the DLA Automation Program Manager provided project status, issues, and mitigation plans.
o Upon project completion, review all required project deliverables received from contractors to include drawings, test procedures, configuration files and photographs. Once approved, all documentation will be uploaded into program repository.
o Develop and deliver program briefings as part of the DLA Automated Fuels Program Reviews. Captive audience includes: DLA Automation Program Manager, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Fuels Program Management, various engineering and management personnel representing the Air Force Petroleum Agency (AFPET), Army Petroleum Center (APC) and Naval Supply Command (NAVSUP).
Automation Fuels CONUS/ONONUS Maintenance Program
• Responsibilities for 15+ major and 25+ minor projects annually include:
o Initial planning with SPAWAR Site Engineers and Program Management to identify needs and scopes of projects for major project task orders
o Review, update and process all project requirement documentation to be included in a government Request For Proposal for major project task orders.
o Review, updated, and process cost estimates for all projects that will be used to help develop cost model for the government Request For Proposal for major project task orders.
o Review, update and process all project requirement documentation to be included in minor projects to be performed by current CONUS or OCONUS Maintenance contractor under existing task order(s) as a modification.
o After Task Orders/Modifications are awarded to contractors, work directly with SPAWAR engineers and maintenance contractors to ensure all project milestones are met and mitigation are developed as necessary.
o Conduct monthly meetings with contractors to discuss project milestones, status, and issues.
o Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the SPAWAR and DLA Automation Program Managers providing project status, issues, and mitigation plans.
