Job description
The Ultimate Staffing team is currently accepting application for a 2nd shift customer service representative position with a well-established company....

As a customer service representative you will be responsible for accepting inbound calls to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and upsell products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining the company database. Qualified applicants will have previous customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong customer service mentality.

Schedule: 3:30pm-12am (will require one day on weekend and then off one day during the week)
Pay Rate: $10.25/hr during week and then $11.25/hr during weekend hours. Potential for $200-$600 bonus on a monthly basis.
