Job description

- Manage busy calendars
Office management duties: keep supplies well stocked
Prepare conference room for board meetings
Order lunches as needed
Manage social media accounts
Respond to calls and emails from clients and investors


- 1-5 years of administrative experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt to change
- Must be organized with effective time management skills including neing able to manage multiple projects nad deadlines at a given time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be computer savvy
- Typing: Minimum 50 wpm
- Experience with Microsoft: Windows, Outlook & Word
- Must be able to maintain company and client's confidential information
