Job description
A highly successful company located in Frederick, MD is in search of an Administrative Assistant/Project Manager to join their corporate team.  The right person will have administrative support experience, a strong technical background as an intermediate user of MS Office Suite and a desire to work in a professional environment.  You will be utilizing your skills and abilities to manage calendars, aid in the design and development of reports, manuals and presentations, maintain the database software while entering, retrieving and modifying data to generate documents and reports. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate phone calls and meetings. Deadline driven environment!

Job requirements
3 years plus in coordinating complex documents and reports

BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience in admin work

Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite
