•Include design and documentation for a broad range of project types.
•With a current focus on expanding Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and International project opportunities, along with market-driven diversification including Healthcare, Transit, and Adaptive Re-Use, individual will work in multi-disciplinary, collaborative design teams with registered architects and building systems engineers.
•Applicant must demonstrate creative problem-solving, organizational skills, strong production management capabilities, and a good understanding of construction documents and constructability.
•BS/BA in Architecture, or MS/MA in Architecture (4-6 year degree)
•Registered Architect (RA)
•4-7 years of experience in the design and documentation of architecture projects beyond initial licensure, including well-developed skills in three-dimensional visualization and comprehensive building design
•Demonstrated Building Information Modeling (BIM) [Autodesk Revit Architecture 2015] AutoCAD 2015 proficiency, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
•Design talent, graphic presentation, and effective visual/verbal communication skills are essential
•Proficient understanding of inter-relationships among design/engineering disciplines, clients, and constructors
Other preferred skills include:
•Transit and DOT experience
•Graphics/rendering software (SketchUp, Adobe, 3D Max, and Bentley MicroStation CAD, etc.) experience
