Being a TeleTech Customer Service - Senior Living Advisor will place you in a brand new program to Rockledge, where you can go as far as your ambitions can take you. As a customer advocate, you will get to hear the satisfaction from your customers after you've been able to help them to through some of life’s most trying decisions. Your knowledge and compassion as a Senior Living Advisor will help to set customers at ease as they decide to make some very important decisions for their loved ones and/or themselves.

Job requirements
For this opportunity, you will need . . .
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent Compute Skills – You will utilize dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Exceptional communication skills, coupled with a desire to help people
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
