Customer Service Representative
Pay: $11-$13 an hour, depending on position

•Receiving and placing telephone calls for client and agent resolutions. (outbound/inbound)
•Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
•Performs data entry and uses software programs and faxes to provide client updates.
•Excellent communication abilities are essential.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
•Customer service and client satisfaction principals.
•Must be able to read, understand and communicate in the English language.
•Professional or educational experience which is relatively the same as or similar to this position.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically including Outlook, Word and Excel are required.
•Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute.
