Ultimate Staffing Services is looking for a receptionist with excellent customer service. As the receptionist, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers. 

Job Description:
•Employee will provide administrative support to department manager
•Employee will assist with general departmental administrative functions.
•Review paperwork for accuracy per department guidelines
•Fax, Copy, and prepare handouts 
•Handle incoming calls and make outgoing phone calls  
Job Requirements:
•Can handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
•Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent writing and communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills
•Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
•Superior customer service in-person and on the phone
•Ability to exercise independent judgment and represent company and department in a professional manner
•Ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities
•Available schedule
