This is a temporary role through the December but we have been very busy so it could go longer. The duties for the role are listed below.
- Answer & Direct Calls Appropriately
- Greet Clients & Guests
- Filing Invoices, Payables, Insurance Certificates, Pink Slips and FedEx Tracking Reports
- Maintain Conference Room Reservations
- Stock Conference Room with lunch-n-Learn supplies (plates, utensils, cups, etc.)
- Order lunches for meeting; setup & clean up
- Assist PM's with conference call-in information
- Prepare incoming/outgoing mail
- Prepare overnight shipments via FedEx
- File new and existing billing folders
- Assist in other areas as needed
