RESIDENTIAL MANAGER II (Home Manager)

Job Description

The Residential Manager (Home Manager) will oversee the staff and operations of an ICF/MR group home in Gainesville, FL.

The manager will supervise direct care staff and the day to day delivery of services to individuals with MR/DD to ensure compliance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements. The Residential Manager recruits, trains, schedules and evaluates staff in accordance with ResCare policies and state/federal employment law requirements, and maintains and monitors the financial and administrative duties of assigned service sites.

The Residential Manager will also work closely with other on-site and off-site managers, consultants and guardians.  




Job Requirements

1 year supervisory experience required.  Previous experience providing supports and services to individuals with MR/DD or other related disorders required. 


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • AND  3 years related job experience (to include supervisory experience)

            OR

  • BA/BS degree in human services or business administration (and 1 year related human services to include supervisory experience)
  • Valid FL Driver's License

Pay Rate: $12.31/hr (non-negotiable)
