As a Business Solutions Manager, you have a tremendous impact on our clients and candidates, alike; making life better for them. Every interaction opens an opportunity to create a remarkable experience. 

Your mission is to help drive success with the local team by identifying and matching the best talent and clients in the clerical industry. 

What you’ll do:

Provide full-cycle recruiting for our Ambassadors (the “Temporary Employees" you hire to represent our company on contract assignments) – from sourcing them to finding them the perfect job.
Creatively source, evaluate, and network with top tier talent and clients.
Vigilantly protect and improve Roth Staffing’s Ambassador experience.
Cold call (yes, sales can be fun) new businesses to learn more about their recruiting and hiring needs.  We are a business partner to our clients and look forward to offering them a service, not just a transaction.

You have proven client-facing sales experience, either B2B or B2C.
You are deeply customer service driven and can provide a remarkable experience with candidates and hiring managers, alike.
You are analytical and understand the importance of tracking metrics. You’re driven not just by your individual metrics, but you always do what’s best for the team.
You are organized, work with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations.
You are a high achiever and have the results to prove it.

Job requirements

You have some, or all of the following skills/experience:

Natural alignment with our company’s workplace culture and core values.
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate education.
Sales in a professional services environment (preferably in Banking, Retail, Hospitality or Insurance.)
Recruitment experience within a large corporate employer (preferably in Banking, Retail, Hospitality or Insurance.)
Ability to connect with individuals at various levels within an organization.
Strong cold-calling, negotiation and persuasion skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook email required.
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
The ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
Proven experience in Human Resources or Business compliance in previous job(s).
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Have a valid driver’s license.
