As a Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for providing high level support and service to dealers and distributors. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up new customers in the CRM system and consolidating and organizing new account forms
- Placing orders for dealers and providing guidance on use of Dealer Portal to obtain pricing and shipping quotes
- Managing the customer catalogs and reviewing images to enhance product offerings
- Monitor incoming calls/emails to sales department and responds accordingly
- Conducts onsite/online dealer training on products
- Use Customer Portals an understands the new item set up process.
- Maintains customer specific web site, runs reports and analyzes product data
Compensation for this position will be based on experience.
