A Branch Manager at Roth Staffing Companies is both a production and management position, in which you will oversee an operating unit, and be responsible for the growth of revenue and gross profit for your business unit. A Branch Manager has full profit and loss responsibility for an operating unit (whether it be a line of business and/or a physical location). You will supervise a team of Account Executives, Service Managers, Business Solutions Managers, and Business Solutions Specialists, while still being fully responsible for achieving your personal production goals. You will be responsible for growing the business at healthy margins while actively engaging the hearts and minds of our customers, Ambassadors and coworkers. You will also be responsible for identifying, hiring, developing and retaining a team to achieve the branch’s financial/operational goals. You must have expertise in driving sales in retail and mid-size accounts.

Identify, qualify, target, market, and present to targeted customers with the purpose of generating job orders, growing our business, and bringing greater value to our customers.
Hires and manages staff of AE’s, SM’s, BSM’s, and BSS’s, while actively engaging in and meeting personal production goals. Provides direction to, and mentors staff, to grow the business at healthy margins while actively engaging the hearts and minds of our customers, Ambassadors, and coworkers. Ensures staffing model is met (Temp GP/FTE) within his/her location. Actively participates in building a talent pipeline to serve as a bench for each of the key branch roles. Focuses on coworker retention by being an effective manager, and engaging the hearts and minds of our coworkers.
Executes business initiatives in alignment with directives provided by the Roth Executive Team and in partnership with the various corporate support channels.
Acquires a high level of knowledge of Roth’s culture, features and benefits, strategic solutions, systems and technologies and imparts that knowledge to other coworkers.
Conducts daily am/pm meetings to review job orders and determine activity levels to meet desired outcomes.
Markets the company's temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire services through Sales Calls, Sales Appointments, Customer Presentations, and other means.
Achieves high levels of performance within Roth’s Four Circles of Excellence – customer, Ambassador, and coworker engagement, and business excellence.
Build and nurture both a sales and recruitment culture within the branch while branding to Roth customers the company's full service capabilities - temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire offerings - in alignment with strategic objectives.
Manage, measure, and monitor team performance on a daily basis. Incorporates the outcome management process into the daily activities of all coworkers.
Records all business activity including contacts, new business opportunities, existing business changes, and customer requests in the StaffSuite system. Prepares individual and branch reports as necessary/requested by the management team.
Will partner with the various corporate service channels to enhance delivery of Roth services and to more effectively diversify their business offerings.
Leverages cross-divisional business development opportunities.
Keeps Market Director and/or RVP informed of all aspects of business development efforts and outcomes routinely.
