Job description

SUMMARY The individual's primary responsibility will be to assist in managing client data, defining system and reporting requirements, and supporting the processes. The analyst may manage smaller projects with minimal oversight. The analyst will be the primary support for the Deployment Architects, collaborating with the IFM Deployment Lead and others as required. This position balances scope, time, cost and quality, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and team based.

 Provide complex data analytic support
 Manage critical data in various business-facing databases, specifically
 Support the interfaces and data transfer processes between client and JLL systems
 Perform system configuration and data integrity audits for new accounts
 Provide insight on data management tools, techniques, and related processes
 Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools and
 Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needs
 Maintain thorough understanding of product features and functionality
 Review data for accuracy; work with business service teams to ensure data quality
 Assist in management of project deadlines and schedules
 Complete all data analysis, transformation, upload, and management tasks and activities on schedule

 College graduate (BS/BA) preferred, but not required, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration
 4 - 6 years of experience in a professional, applicable fast-paced team environment
 Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion
 Experience in Real Estate industry a plus

 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using formulas for data analysis
 Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly
 Familiarity with database, data warehouse, middleware, and analytical reporting tools and concepts
 Excellent attention to detail
 Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
 Customer service focus

 Flexibility with working hours as needed to support business needs
 Willingness for occasional travel
