Technical Trainer / Helpdesk
Blended Onsite Role in Los Angeles, CA

This position will require 50% of duties as a Technical Trainer and 50% of duties within IT Technical Support. 

Responsibilities as a Trainer:
  • Identify and develop technology training plans and programs for all IT Department technology needs. 
  • Create, design, develop and conduct training courses per user an company requirements. 
  • Develop innovative and engaging training programs utilize various methods including onsite, interactive training videos, hand-outs, user guides, smartcards, videos, etc. 
Responsibilities in IT Support:
  • Provide technical support in an onsite or offsite remote environment.
  • Respond to Enterprise level software requests to include MS Suite of Products.  
  • Respond to technical support calls or tickets and follow up appropriately.
  • Perform PC and computer setup, maintenance, and installation of software.
  • Several years of experience as a Technical Trainer in a corporate environment
  • At least 1 year of Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Support experience
  • Experience in designing, managing and deploying various IT technical training programs
  • Strong background in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote are desired
