DCS Corporation has an immediate opening for a Test Technician / Data Analyst supporting the USRL and 513th Electronic Warfare Squadron

Essential Job Functions:

Perform technical tasks to assist engineers with general laboratory and flight test planning, execution, and reporting.

Support execution of mission data optimization tests.

Assist engineers in troubleshooting and evaluating deficiencies to determine cause of malfunctions.

Create and maintain technical documentation associated with F-35 mission data test.

Manage laboratory and flight data set-up, collection, and processing

Develop/maintain data collection methodology for the unit that meets test reporting and configuration management plan requirements.

Organize, implement, and enforce correct data collection policies and procedures.

Provide data collection training to fellow employees.

Ensure the proper functioning of data collection software and tools.

Conduct analysis to ensure that data collected is adequate and meets customer’s standards.

Create/develop special reports upon request.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have a current Secret DOD security clearance.

Must have minimum of Associate of Science (AS) degree in technical field with 4 years experience.  Bachelor of Science desired with 2 years experience desired.

Must be a self-starter who is willing and able to work in a team environment.

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to write up concise documentation of test procedures, test results, and various related reports.

Must be critical thinker and able to maintain complete attention to details.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired.

Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

Formal course work in technical/scientific field

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Post-school working experience as a test technician and/or data manager/analyst.

Experience with directing mission data tests in the lab.
