JOB TITLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER
 
SUMMARY:

As an Account Manager, you will channel your passion and energy into navigating the customer through the world of packaging, reach deep inside their workflow and connect to solutions that matter.  You will evaluate the customer's business environment, cultivate solutions, engage directly with our packaging designers, support network to present a holistic and sustainable solution. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate net new business to meet specified production goals
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Plan and manage sales territory
- communicate information regarding company products, services, policies and procedures to new and existing clients
- Possess thorough knowledge of sustainable packaging and containers industry product info
- Continually gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate
- Negotiate contracts and work agreements
- Ensure required client paperwork is complete and submitted on time
- Provide timely and accurate reports 
- Oversee designs, innovations, prototypes and specific solutions for customer's application 

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree 
- Packaging Sales with minimum 3 years of technical sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude to understand packaging automation and company products
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills
- Well-developed negotiation, project and account management skills
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills
- Proficient on ERP Systems and/or CRM
