This urban retreat in Honolulu, Hawaiioffers 10 function rooms ranging from an executive boardroom, to various sizedfunction rooms, and a newly redesigned ballroom offering seating for up to 200guests with 360 degree views of Waikiki.


The Accounting Manager assists theDirector of Finance in the management of the Finance and AccountingDepartment.


What will I be doing?


As an Accounting Manager, you wouldbe responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise and develop finance team members including, but not limited to: training, professional development, counseling and performance evaluations
  • Reconcile General Ledger accounts and manage month-end closing process
  • Work with hotel management and team members to achieve department goals
  • Ensure timely processing and accuracy of internal and external reporting
  • Manage weekly submission of payroll and complete daily income audit functions
  • Conduct periodic audits for compliance with internal controls and company policies and procedures
  • Handle special projects and assignments as requested by the Director of Finance
