Senior level technical Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Acquisition Logistician with multidisciplinary experience in logistics distribution, supply chain management, and communications maintenance procedures to include project and personnel management. This individual must possess a broad understanding of enterprise-level logistics and maintenance management, and will provide technical supporting to meetings, working groups, and conferences.
Essential Job Functions:
Must be familiar with the design, installation, connection, and operation of communication networks and information systems used to transmit information and data throughout DoD armored programs. Experience with the entire Marine Air-Ground Task Force is preferred.
Requires a thorough understanding of the following: bill of materials; development of MI, TI, and SI; provisioning; National Stock Number attainment; cataloguing; assignment of SMR and SAC codes; TAMCNs; DD-61 knowledge; IUID tag knowledge and attainment; SL-3s; review and mark-up design drawings for Engineering Change Proposals.
Demonstrated knowledge of Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (MC).
Conducting and completing LORAs on new C4ISR systems.
Conducting Physical Configuration Audits on modifications to C4ISR systems onto military platforms.
Coordinating Fielding to MC units.
Supply chain and maintenance management.
Coordinating with item managers and equipment specialists to insure proper cataloguing of new equipment.
Coordinating with DLA to ensure availability of equipment support.
Identifying possible Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) requirements for new electrical and communications systems Developing Stock Lists – Level 3s (SL-3s) for communications systems.
Developing instructional-type documents such as modification, technical, and supply instructions.
Developing logistical informational briefs and providing results of the modification tasks to the Government in time to support the schedule associated with each task.
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
High school and 20+ years of experience in acquisition logistics.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Must have verifiable qualification of 10 years communication systems integration experience for DoD armored vehicle programs.
Performing duties as MOS 0600 or MOS 2800.
Excellent written/oral communication skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite application.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to perform detail-oriented work under strict deadlines.
