Job description
We are currently searching for an administrative assistant for a growing client near our branch. The ideal administrative assistant must be proficient with all order entry functions and basic office tasks. The administrative assistant should also be proficient with Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel and Word, doing scheduling, supporting other departments, and handling customer and phone calls with a high level of customer service. Billing and invoicing experience is also very help. Bachelors Degree and Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred and someone with good phone etiquette and professional demeanor. Job requirements
Answering telephones, taking messages or transferring calls

Scheduling appointments and updating event calendars

Arranging staff meetings

Drafting routine memos, billing, or other reports

Handling any customer account questions or issues

Filing, data entry, and General office work

Data Entry skills with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Quickbooks

Supporting other departments as needed

Sales support experience is helpful
