Job description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for an administrative assistant for a very reputable insurance company in the Folsom market.

Duties:
Administrative support to the marketing & sales team
Data entry for applications
Contacting underwriters
Preparing proposals
Contacting clients to obtain needed info

Requirements:
1-2 years of administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft office
Bachelors degree preferred
