Office Adminastrator

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Office Adminastrator will be responsible for all office admin duties in addition to receptionist duties as you will be working on the front desk
Administrator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assisting with administrative 
* Answering company phones,
* Handling and distributing all incoming mail and packages and distributing and or responding to incoming faxes
* Ordering office supplies as needed and or requested in addition to making Costco runs bi-weekly, managing the Thursday morning snack run to include setting aside night
crew's items, and assisting with daily lunch ordering/pick-up for senior management
* Support for company-wide meetings as well as visitor tracking and management, ensuring lobby is clean and orderly and TV is welcoming as well as ensuring the appropriate
conference room is stocked with water, coffee and tea
* Maintaining the copy, conference and break rooms and assist facilities and IT with general upkeep of office by reporting any maintenance issues that arise
* Preparing office wide communications to include sending welcome information to incoming new hires and assist with generating reports when appropriate
* Assist with general office projects as needed
* Schedule and train new hires with building security and alarm training
* Assist with filing and record keeping as well as proof-reading internal communications as appropriate
* Additional duties and responsibilities as needed to help support the Executive staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires the following qualifications (at a minimum):
* Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
* Exceptional communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills
* Dedicated to completing projects timely and accurately
* Willingness to work overtime on occasion and only as necessary to complete urgent projects
* Is resourceful, a good problem solver, and requires little to no supervision
* Has a minimum 2 years of experience performing Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities
