The primary responsibility of this person is doing quantity take offs in Google Earth (measurements and striping counts) and preparing illustrated maps using Power Point or Adobe.
Full time - Monday thru Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm with ½ hour for lunch.
General Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties (on a rotating basis).
Prepare quantity take-offs by measuring properties on Google Earth.
Input quantity information from takeoffs into estimating system.
Illustrate presentation quality maps in Power Point and Adobe .
Type, email and file proposals.
Must enjoy working independently.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to stay focused is critical to this position.
Must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task while staying on track.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise using Power Point illustrating tools and .pdf illustrating tools a must.
Experience with Google Earth measuring tools a plus.
