Job description

The Applications Administrator is responsible for providing departmental support for Customer Care Applications and
Processes including assisting with training and occasional coaching of Customer Care Representatives. This position
requires the ability to switch between multiple projects and tasks as well as challenge the status quo, while working
independently or within a team on a variety of projects that impact processes and/or customer experiences. S/he will
exercise independent judgment and decision making skills in this role.

Essential Job Functions
 Responsible for administration of  Logo Program. Manages new logo requests and/or revisions. Coordinates
with external and internal teams to ensure Logo orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
 Maintains the Oracle Logo Table.
 Replies to all Social Media inquiries.
 Manages Customer Care backorders.
 Supports Warehouse inquiries from all business units.
 Handles all Customer Care CO and Implementation requests including Attribute Entry Notifications.
 Updates and maintains the Item Relationship tables in Oracle.
 Maintains Sales Representative updates on the Intranet and in Outlook.
 Approves all RMAs within the Oracle Workflow Notifications.
 Assists with the CC Training Program and updates the training manual as needed.
 Works with Application Specialists on CWC/Oracle Testing/User Acceptance.

Qualifications
 High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
 3+ years of experience in data entry, order processing and/or customer service or the equivalent.
 Intermediate or better experience with programs such as Word, Excel, Cognos Reporting, including the ability to compose and understand data grouping and data selection criteria and formulas.
 Previous Oracle experience is preferred. Must attend annual HIPAA training and be held under strict compliance to the healthcare privacy code.
