Hilton Americas-Houston is looking for an Assistant Banquet Facilities Manager!


Hilton Americas-Houston has 1,207 rooms and 91,500 sq. ft. of banquet space. In this role, you will oversee a team of 20-25 employees with the support of 2 supervisors. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a banquet set-up role in a hotel or conference center with the ability to work an overnight schedule. One year of supervisory experience in banquets is required.

What will I be doing?

Assists manager in oversight of the activities of the banquet department. Supervise and conducts the set-up, maintenance and break-down of banquets. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage.
