Job description
A global Medical Device company in Irvine, CA is looking for an Associate Learning Operations Analyst who will develop a learning environment infrastructure that supports the learning process and provides a seamless and positive experience for all learning system users, i.e., end-users, instructors, and content owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and participate in cross-functional teams on projects/initiatives
  • Participate and research requests related to audit activities (e.g., internal and external) for employee training requirements, quality procedures, and retrieve other training related content within the company Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Review and audit high-level training data to identify quality issues; may execute data clean-up efforts
  • Collaborate with team members to create department learning specific processes and maintain all processes to provide ongoing LMS front-end user support for the Organization
  • Responsible for performing with tasks-related uploading and testing of E-learning courses in LMS, running test scripts for validation activities May assist users with the creation/maintenance of courses, training plans, and re-certifications, uploading of training records, and employee profile creation
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent AND 2+ years experience previous related experience required
  • Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) REQUIRED
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology) strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Basic understanding of diverse learning technologies and content authoring tools
  • Good understanding of learning management systems and architectures
  • Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the section or group
  • Ability to build stable working relationships internally
