ECaTS – Emergency Call Tracking System is looking for an Associate Data Analyst to add to its team in Roseville, CA. The role will be responsible for reporting on 911 data across the United States. The accuracy of this data is paramount to customer retention and the success of the division as a whole. The Data Analyst role in general requires the willingness and drive to delve deep into raw data sources and the database built from them, as well as the verification of these sources against web-based reports. An Analyst will spend a significant amount of time explaining the data so they need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. An Analyst also needs to be able to identify patterns and trends.
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one-year data collection or data entry experience required.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required.
Must successfully meet minimum score on data entry test.
