Wage $18.50 per hour $300 Sign on Bonus Potential to earn up to $250 Monthly Bonus Full time with Benefits English/Spanish Bilingual Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3weeks) 2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

About This Position

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (Speaking and Writing)

  • Ability to meet availability requirements that includes, days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays

  • Ability to attend two-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday

  • Knowledge of basic PC and Microsoft Office skills

  • Prior customer service experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional and upbeat telephone voice

  • Ability to type 30 wpm

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area

  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) Company or Facility background check, credit check and drug screening
