- Answer incoming phone calls and inbound emails
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Outbound marketing calls
- Additional miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2-3 Years of Customer Service or other related office experience
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
