Job description
We are working with a Client in the SE Portland area on a receptionist and front desk customer service role. This candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and have a strong professional customer service orientated demeanor. You will be the first point of contact in person, as well as via phone for customers. You will get the opportunity to assist with processing payments, answer customer inquiries, and eventually become a permanent employee based off of stellar performance! 

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative 
  • Experience using both languages in a professional capacity 
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to craft professional emails
  • Active listening skills 
  • Willingness to refer customers for help, as needed
  • Professional, courteous, and empathetic
  • Business casual environment
