Job description
A fast-paced and growing Sacramento construction services company is looking to add a skilled Bookkeeper to the team. This Bookkeeper will report to the President of the company and will be responsible for participating and/or assisting in:

- Accounts Payable - coding, check runs, posting, EFT/ACH payments, reconciliations, vendor setup, resolving discrepancies, expense reports
- Accounts Receivable - posting receipts, aging reports, bank deposits, billing
- Payroll - collecting, calculating, and entering payroll data, updating exemptions, insurance coverage, deductions, etc.
- Reconciliations of various accounts, bank statements, credit cards, general ledger, etc.

The ideal Bookkeeper for this role is adept at multi-tasking and jumping from one project to the next while maintaining a high-level of accuracy.
