Responsible for supervising workflow of all incoming requests for area of responsibility which includes developing, training staff to perform specific functions and managing employee performance; test and review client eligibility files during the implementation process ensuring notify appropriate contacts (e.g., IT) of any issues; interface with clients to establish ongoing reporting needs ensuring to escalate any requests that are outside department scope to responsibilities to management; serve as a contact for the internal personnel with questions about service delivery and/or data needs
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science or a related field
•Educational requirements may be substituted for work experience
• Minimum of 5 year's customer facing, client service, or operations experience in a healthcare industry required
• Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
•Based on program may need to be bilingual in English, Spanish, etc.
