Position: Customer Service Rep for growing Medical Device company
Pay Rate: $13-$15 depending on experience
Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a growing Medical Device / Supply company in Carlsbad to help them expand their CSR team! Currently we have multiple Customer Care and Service Rep roles ranging from entry level customer service reps handling and routing calls to insurance verification and billing.
Answer incoming calls from patients, insurance and Dr. offices
Route emails and calls to appropriate departments
Document conversations and product requests in CRM
Manage chat logs
Over excellent customer service
Experience ranges per department
Some customer service (retail or call center) preferred
Intermediate technical skills, typing 35+ wpm and 99% accuracy
Intermediate MS Office, Outlook and Word
