A national Business Solutions company is seeking a Full Time Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their growing Salem team! The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience doing customer service in either a call center, retail, food service, or front desk capacity. This person should be able to communicate in a dynamic, engaging, and friendly manner over the phone. In addition to inbound calls you will also be responsible for outbound follow up calls, escalating issues to next level managers, and processing payments. * 1 or more years in a customer service role (Food service and retail customer service included)
* Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Moderate typing skills (35 wpm or more)
Compensation: $15.56 - $17.56, depending on experience
Compensation Details: Ability to increase your earnings by $1.50 per hour for high performance in the first two weeks, as well as a $250 bonus once you have worked 250 hours with the company (about 1.5 months)
Hours: Monday-Friday 11:30AM - 8:00PM EST
