Job description
Ultimate Staffing is looking for Customer Service Representatives in the Duluth, GA area! 

Essential Functions:

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Processes customer service requests according to established department policies and procedures
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements:

- Open availability to work all shifts 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm & 10am-7pm (some weekends)
- $14.00 H/R with bonus plan each month! 
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in high volume call center
- Strong job stability at previous companies
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
