Job description
Ultimate Staffing is hiring a professional customer service professional to work with the Member Advocate Group with one of our clients to provide excellent customer service to customers. 
Location: Sorrento Valley/ North La Jolla/UTC area
Hours: Full Time M - F, 10:30am - 7:00pm, Rotating Weekends
Temp-to-hire
Start date: ASAP

Primary responsibilities include introducing yourself to customers who have concerns, asking clarifying questions and suggesting solutions.You will interact directly with managers to help build strategies for how to solve customer issues efficiently.

Other requirements include: 

Counseling dealers on process and price
Undergoing training 
Reliability - good attendance is a must
Educating members on benefits
