Description:We are currently seeking customer service representatives to work 1st or 2nd shifts in a very high-volume call center environment. Job duties involve fielding incoming phone calls from customers, delivering product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing concerns.

- Ability to field a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Ability to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
