Job description

Responsibilities and Duties of the Call Center Representative include:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Processing orders and order entry
  • Handling customer complaints and inquires in a professional manner
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients

Qualifications of the Call Center Representative include:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong multi-task and organization skills
  • High School degree or higher preferred
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
  • Strong Data Entry experience: Excel and Work proficiency
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00-18.00 /hour
