We are currently searching for a customer service call center representative for an innovative client near our branch. The ideal customer service call center representative must be proficient with all order entry functions and completion of process using purchase order requests from beginning to end. The customer service call center representative should also be proficient with shipping logistics regarding to manufacturing, and have knowledge of ERP systems, and handling customers with a high level of customer service.
