- Answer high volume of incoming calls from people involved in settlements
- Data entry duties to transcribe phone calls
- Assist with troubleshooting data
- Able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Phone skills and Microsoft skills are key.
- Do callbacks to people who left voicemails.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attendance
- Must be seeking a long term position
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience customer service experience in claims would helpful, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
