Job description
Are you looking to grow your career as a Real Estate Paralegal?! Prominent Downtown firm seeks talented Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. In this Paralegal role, you will be responsible for assisting the real estate department with commercial real estate transactions. Real Estate Paralegal must have at least 5 years of commercial real estate transaction experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Title and survey review
  • Commercial and retail leasing
  • Review title reports and title documents
  • Draft loan documents
  • Closing binders and closing documentation
  • Real property profiles
  • Due diligence

Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a commercial real estate transaction paralegal
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree (desired) and Paralegal Certificate (ABA Approved) required
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
