Job Title: (Part time) Property Manager

Compensation: $800-$1200/month

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate Leases with potential tenants
  • Screening new tenants and setting up new agreements
  • Perform inspections
  • Lite custodial work when the janitor is off or out of office
  • Able to work a flexible schedule (12-25 hrs per month)
What Matters Most:
 
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial property management
  • Proficiency in MS Office required; Experience with property management software preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, and business reports strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
