Job description

   The Compensation Coordinator will be responsible for various job duties within the
   Compensation Department.
   The Coordinator will function as the main point of contact for pay inquiries from store
   associates, analyze pay reports, and conduct analysis on internal and external pay statistics.

Essential Functions:
 Review pay reports with salespeople.
 Advise and assist store associates with various questions.
 Support Compensation and Compliance with reports.
 Prepare internal communications to assist store associates.

Job requirements
Required Skills
  • Computer Skills: Word Processing Software, Spreadsheet Software, Payroll System, Human Resource System, Database Software
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspond with associates.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
