Adams & Martin Group is currently seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to manage all aspects of Concierge Services. In this role, you will asssistat attorneys and staff with all facets of conference center entertainment and client meetings. Successful candidates will be dependable, tactful in their interactions with staff and general public and be able to represent the firm in a positive manner.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining conference room scheudles, ordering meals, arranger necessary technology in conference rooms, and serve as a back-up receptionist. Qualified candidates will have wonderful communication skills, present themselves in a positive manner and maintain an extremely professional decorum.
