-Coordinate and drive all physician interface pre-implementation processes for the Business Unit.
-Serve as primary point of contact for all physician interface requests and updates.
-Coordinate and drive prioritization process. Attend monthly meetings with Finance department to review and investigate open Capex items related to bridges and interfaces.
-Provide information to resolve any issues on hand in order to expedite payment to vendors if payment is outstanding. Attend weekly regional conference call with RIM to exchange communication on issues and local interface prioritization agenda.
-Attend weekly sales management call to discuss updates with DSMs.
-Attend local sales meetings with the business unit to communicate interface processes and ensure compliance with the processes.
-Liaison with BU leadership, Sales, Interface teams, vendors, Compliance, Purchasing, and Finance teams to drive pre-implementation processes, follow up on progress of implementations and post-implementation follow through.
-Ensure Compliance policies are followed by ensuring the correct agreements are generated, signed, forwarded appropriately and filed. Maintain a spreadsheet documenting requests, followups and delays. use this tool to keep sales management updated.
-Follow up on individual requests by sales reps, TSSs, and any other associates requiring assistance with interface processes.

-Understanding of internal and external processes relation to information technology (I), Finance Sales and Purchasing.
-Working knowledge of of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
-Familiarity with Eforms and Stock Clerk; Process orientated individual, highly organized and able to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously; ability to work with minimal supervision; good written and verbal communicator; ability to prioritize.
-Ability to change processes midstream.
-Ability to interact with both internal and external clients at all levels. Maintain composure duing demanding situations.
2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent experience
Flexibility to travel when required and work extended hours in order to meet tight deadlines
