Job description

Sales Administration/Operation -- Sales Administration/Operations is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence in order to achieve the strategic and sales objectives established by the sales organization. This includes sales tools/productivity improvement, customer contract administration, business metrics/analytics, and rewards architecture.

Accountabilities  

  • Customer relationship management; ability to work across all functional areas in the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance and support of customer relationship and management and professional services automation tools
  • Process Mapping; accountable for facilitating, developing, designing and implementing processes that improve the overall customer experience
  • Mobile Application; create, maintain, and lead customer and vendor design of application
  • CRM Administration; determine enhancements and design changes to improve usability of CRM
  • Develop reports, dashboards and processes to support business operations
  • Define and execute plan to maintain data quality, data integrity and to reduce the duplication of data
  • Engage Corporate Training on enhancement updates, schedule training, and conduct user training as needed.
  • Make recommendations and gather potential requirements for future CRM enhancements
  • Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules and campaigns
  • Manage import/export of data for special requests
  • Ensure applications meet corporate and EIT security policies
  • Gain experience by researching changes in upcoming releases, incorporating new capabilities and communicating changes to users
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Business Acumen across multiple areas of the business


Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Experience in customer relationship management software
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience with MS SQL Server (query writing and building/maintaining reports using SSRS)
  • Navigate and update data in Enterprise Manager to build reports using SSRS
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation
  • Strong data analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
