Job description
Our client is seeking upbeat, ambitious, driven, well-rounded, articulate and tech savvy individuals ready to kick start a career with a growing company. Candidates will work with customers in assisting with meeting application qualifications and processes, exploring advancement opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experience strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience, proficient in MS office, has a strong work ethic and received a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Follow up with perspective students on their request for grad school information
  • Transfer to correct department for enrollment assistance
  • Perform diligent outreach through a strategy of call, text, or email
  • High volume outbound calling
  • Monitor KPIs and exceed goals weekly
  • Establishing a rapport and documenting relevant activities conducted via phone/email with customers
  • Provide feedback on processes, successes and areas of improvement to Supervisors
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude and attention to detail
