Job Duties Include:
- Answering the phones and directing calls
- Greet all customers and clients in a friendly and professional manner and communicate arrival to the appropriate party
- Manage the office mail including outgoing and incoming packages and mail.
- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, Courier, etc.)
- Other administrative duties as assigned by multiple departments within our company.
- Schedules are typically within CORE business hours: 8AM-5PM M-F
- Pay: $18/hr
