This is a short-term position that should span about 2-3 months.
The Contracts Admin will have the responsibility of creating an organization for all Company agreements. Responsibilities will include: locating and cataloging all company agreements, renaming contract documents with a specific naming convention and organizing all contract files in designated client folders. This position will work cross functionally with and receive direction from both our Accounting and Legal teams in carrying out these tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarity with legal documents and agreements beneficial
