Adams & Martin Group is looking for a Corporate Associate Attorney to handle transactional matters. 

The Role:

• Transactional position
• All corporate matters (financing, joint venture, M&A, entity formation, etc)
• Acts as outside general counsel for clients, advising, drafting legal documents and reviewing transactions

The Requirements:

• Looking for strong drafting and research skills
• 2-3 years pf post bar experience, ideally in corporate law (in house or law firm experience)
• Licensed in CA and in good standing
